去作者网站查了下，已经有更新了，另外作者给出了对已开存档加载此mod的修改方式
Her basic height/weight is 1/100.
There's nothing wrong with playing a new game.
If you use this mod among the existing saves,
there's a mismatch with the original basic weight 20 of default Serana.
And so her neck may be weird.
If there are problems like I said, then use console key (`), click Serana, and type these.
1. setnpcweight 100
2. disable
3. enable
If you do this in order, you will get weight 100, and no problem with her neck.
