求助各位大佬，困境中的龙裔在被强盗抓住之后怎么逃脱啊

每次有一个敌人一直盯着我，开门或者偷窃都会导致再次被抓，简直绝望1.各位都是怎么脱身的
2.等待救援需要怎么等?我一直睡到到创伤结束都没人来救我....还是说不能等待或者睡觉?
