Replacing the animation is easy but the problem is the behavior. The behavior only work for 2hm and can't be used (at least from what i tried) with other weapons. If you want the animation without the behavior you can use bsa browser and unpack it from the animations.bsa. It's called "2hm_attackpower3slashcombo.hkx" but keep in mind it would be just plain animation without the attack behaviors that make it possible to move and attack multiple times.
