DESCRIPTION
This is a CBBE/3BBB SSE conversion of sunhawken's Daedric Chainmail armor.
This is not a replacer ! This is a standalone armor !

VERSION 3.1 -  Going fully modular - plus a bunch of fixes
The 3.1 file includes all the prebuilt meshes for 'CBBE Vanilla' body preset, so one should be able to just install and use without running BodySlide.
The prebuilt mesh for the primary 'Armor' body is a non-Physics one to make this more compatible.
Included a 'Flats' version of female boots with no heels if you somehow can't make the heels work.

If you previously had version 1.0 or 2.0, the .esp name in 2.1/3.x has changed. It is actually possible to have both 2.0 and 3.1 installed at the same time, but that likely will be confusing. I recommend uninstalling 2.0 when you get 3.1. If you do that, however, any pieces you already crafted  will disappear.

REQUIREMENTS
Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer -CBBE-
CBBE SMP (3BBB) or CBBE 3BBB if you want to use 3BBB body
BodySlide and Outfit Studio
HDT-SMP or CBP Physics
HDT-High Heels or Lazy Tools (LazyHeels)

YOU NEED TO INSTALL ALL THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE MODS LISTED ABOVE
Without heels mod, the heels probably will clip into the ground.
You can also forget the heels and just craft the "Flats" boot version. But heels look cooler!

I was unable to fully test if CBP/CBPC and Lazy Tools are working properly.

INSTALLATION
a ) Using Vortex;
b ) Manual by extracting the contents of the compressed file in your Data folder.

HOW TO USE
After installing the mod:
(not exactly required since file has all prebuilt meshes for CBBE Vanilla preset)
1. Open BodySlide.
2. Select the outfit/body "Daedric Chainmail".
3. Select a preset of your choice.
4. Use the tick boxes to remove parts you don't like or don't want to appear.
5. Build! (build the correct version of the body you're using: Daedric Chainmail 3BA for physics)
6. Repeat for any other pieces you plan to use.

You can also use the group option to build all at once:
1. Open BodySlide
2. Click 'Group Filter', then 'Choose Groups'
3. Check 'Daedric Chainmail Rework'
4. Select your desired body Preset.
5. Click 'Batch Build'.
This will also build the 3BA version of the main body. If you want the non-Physics version of that, clear group selection, find 'Daedric Chainmail Body' outfit and build that individually. Likewise, if you want to zap some parts of the 3BA Body, you want it built individually.
The important bit is that 'Daedric Chainmail Body' and 'Daedric Chainmail Body 3BA' overwrite each other when built, so choose one or the other.
If you want to tinker with it in Outfit Studio, all the pieces are under 'Daedric Chainmail Rework.osp' SliderSet.

ACQUISITION
It can be crafted using the forge  (you don't need to know daedric crafting).
In order for the armors to work properly with Custom Fit/Well Fitted and Matching Set perks, I had to part it out a bit in 3.1:
Heavy is still 'Daedric'. Light version is now going to be in 'Dragon' category. Non-armor add-on items are now 'Clothing' and will be in 'Misc' category.
Best option is to just use SkyUI and search for 'Daedric C' in name filter.

The armor mod (1.0) has two pieces: Daedric Chainmail and Daedric High Heels.
The 2.0 adds gauntlets.
2.1 adds helmet, circlet, crown, also male version.
3.x adds a lot more pieces, a comple modular mix'n'match system, including all the original Trumpdog versions. You can now easily replicate every original screenshot look without messing with BodySlide!
If you want to skip the crafting part, type "help daedric chainmail" or "help daedric high heels" in console for the codes; or use AddItemMenu.

MODULAR system
The mod still provides a single-item body armor solution that you can customize via BodySlide. (called "Daedric Chainmail")
But now you can mix'n'match right in the game.  The modular is for ladies only, sorry guys!!!
All items are craftable in the daedric category. All items require some ebony, but only corsets require Daedra Hearts. Corsets are actual 'armor' and are the only bits that are available in Light and Heavy and can be improved at the bench.

First you want one of the bases.  Bases have armor rating 0 and can't be improved. Again, as of 3.1 they would be in 'Misc' rather than Daedric.

You definitely want at least one corset as they are what provides the actual protection. If you want a look without the corset, consider zapping all parts off the main 'Body' outfit in BodySlide and use that as your base. Corsets come in heavy and light and can be improved and enchanted with 'chest item' enchants.

Then, you got various add-ons, they also all have '1' armor (light only) and can't be improved.

Daedric Chain Gorget I - this is my re-mesh and retexture "pentagram" version.
Daedric Chain Gorget II - this is the original mod neck piece that is actually borrowed from Dragonscale.
Daedric Chain Panty I - my more ornate version.
Daedric Chain Panty II - Trumpdog original, less ornate but also quite elegant.
Daedric Chain Pauldrons - the more compact shoulder plates.
Daedric Chain Shoulders - the big spiky version.
Daedric Chain Tail - That's the back tailpiece. borrowed from Alduin. Though I gave it a more metallic 'brushed' look.

You still want to craft the boots/gauntlets and head piece of your choosing, it's all there.

About the "Body Nude" piece and why you need it:
Pretty much any modular system has one type of item serve as the 'BODY' slot. Typically it is the top (chest) piece. As long as all piece in a set are built to same preset, once you equip a 'BODY' item, the character body is switched to that preset, and all the add-ons fit. In this mod, the 'Nude' is the 'BODY' slot for those wanting the bikini look.
Technically, if you plan to use this armor on a specific follower, know their body preset and have that preset in your BodySlide, you can just build all the add-on bits to that preset. Then you won't need the 'Nude'.
Why I did it it this way? Cause if your 'BODY' item does not cover entire body, then it needs to include the actual body mesh. This presents a nightmare scenario for any skin-tight items like chainmail bodysuits. If your top/bra is the 'BODY' including the nude mesh, and a bodysuit is an add-on, it is practically impossible to avoid clipping. I would have to create every corset/bodysuit combo as a separate item (in Light and Heavy) otherwise.

UNINSTALLATION
a ) Using Nexus Mod Manager;
b ) Manually deleting: "Daedric Chainmail - CBBE(SSE)Bodyslide.esp" from your Data folder,
"DaedricChainmail" folders from inside "meshes\armor\" and "textures\armor\"
and anything with "Daedric Chainmail" in your Bodyslide folder.
