Got this problem too. I only did a small edit using SSEEdit to solve the problem:
-Open SSEEdit
++Select the HNV"your race".esp (Only this and nothing else)
++Go to Race-DLC1vampirebeastrace
++Search for Overlay head part in DATA section and simply set the value to 0 ( the HNV"race".esp only careful not to touch Dawnguard.esm)
++Save plugin and play.
在n网上找到的方法，完美解决。我用的是humanoid vampire lord美化
