这个是除了本身的功能外还可以和以太梦联动，因为有人要分流所以我下载回来了，不过我本人不玩食人的，而且还杀的是萝莉正太，所以等有兴趣的人汉化吧。

You know Namira, this is all about cannibalism. It starts with a small inn in Markarth's Warrens, which is closed down when you get there. There's a note beside the door that tells you where to find the key. It adds roaming wild nude children (incapable of speech) to the list of animals, so you can hunt them for their meat, which can be prepared with recipes included in the mod. Their skin can be used to craft leather at a tanning rack. To remove them, talk to Tamira in the Inn or Malacath after "No One Escapes Cidhna Mine".
The main story consists of three quests, the first will start upon entering the Inn the first time. It tells a little story about the coven, why there are two covens (this one and Eola's), and you will learn something about Eola's past, which might or might not explain why she has a blind eye...
Spoiler: Key locations
The key to the Markarth Namira's Inn is in Reachcliff Cave, in the room with Namira's Altar, on a bookshelf. It spawns anyway, so if you already completed "The Taste of Death" or killed Eola, you can still get the key from there.
The key to the Whiterun Namira's Inn is in The Drunken Huntsman, upper floor, Nazeem's room, after reading the journal in Farengar's office in Dragonsreach, which will appear after the first quest of the main questline.
There are more quests to unlock further inns, which get added over time. As of version 5.5, we have inns apart from the original one in Markarth in:
Riften,
Stonehills (near Morthal),
Dawnstar,
Eastmarch near Windhelm,
Haafingar near the Solitude Sawmill,
Falkreath, near the crossing leading to Halldir's Cairn,
Winterhold, near the Chill (Winterhold Jail), and finally
Whiterun, south of Whitewatch Tower in the rocks beneath Dragonsreach.
Also, version 5.2 added a factory to process meat (all sorts of meat, not only human!).
Namira's Inn also comes with plugins that integrate it with popular mods.
You can select them from the fomod installer during installation.
As of version 5.4, you can add Namira's Inns to:

Beyond Skyrim – Bruma
The fomod also provides a plugin that adds toddlers based on HPL Toddler Race by @boie and @NineS to your huntable children (with some recipes for them as well).

Compatibility​
Version 6.0 of Namira's Inn introduced compatibility with iNeed.
Version 6.1 of Namira's Inn introduced compatibility with Survival Mode (Creation Club) too.
Should you experience issues with Skyrim SE 1.5.97 and Namira's Inn 6.1+ (which I haven't, but you never know) - you can download Survival Mode from the Creation Club for free, it's already set to "owned" and just needs to be downloaded.
I still recommend iNeed over Survival Mode, tho, it's the much better solution (and it's not by Bethesda, so bug-free).
Any mod that changes the same areas Namira's Inn does will be incompatible and possibly breaking Namira's Inn.
This goes for the area of Stonehills, the area between the Solitude Sawmill and the Solitude Docks, the sea north of Dawnstar, the area north of the White River (across the river from Yngol Barrow), the crossing leading to Falkreath in one direction, Halldir's Cairn in the other, the area near the Chill high up in the Sea of Ghosts, and the rocks underneath Dragonsreach in the Whiterun area (south of Whitewatch Tower).
Any mod changing any of these areas is likely to be incompatible with Namira's Inn.
Known incompatibilities:
Maximum Carnage works only if you turn the Death Item script off in the MCM. Better use Frozen Electrocuted Combustion instead - this one works just fine with Namira's Inn.
Enhanced Solitude Docks expands the docks of Solitude to the area where the Namira's Inn of Haafingar is, basically removing it.
Realistic Boat Bobbing SE conflicts with the ship on which the Dawnstar Inn is.
Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul conflicts with the included optional "Giants Eat Humans" mesh replacer.
Spoiler: Quest Guide
Namira's Inn: First part of the main quest, starts automatically upon entering Namira's Inn in Markarth the first time.
Memories of a Knife: Second part. Gets started by finishing the first quest.
Eolas Closure: Third and final part. Gets started by finishing the second quest.
The Secret of Rkund: Starts automatically once you finished the first quest ("Namira's Inn"), if you visit Namira's Farm. Once the quest started, you'll need to go through Blacklight tower to get access to Rkund, afaik that's the only way to discover the location, so maybe do that first (Blacklight Tower has it's own vanilla quest).
Namira's Inn Riften Presence: Quest to obtain access to the Riften branch. Start by talking to Theo, the innkeeper in Namira's Inn in Markarth.
The Black-Briar Connection: Sidequest in Riften, start by talking to Rodaric, the innkeeper in Namira's Inn in Riften. Requires "Dampened Spirits" to be completed first (4th quest of the Thieves Guild questline)
The Lost Key of Stonehills Inn: Talk to Rufnar in Stonehills to start it.
A Namira's Inn for The Pale: To start it, talk to Herman near the docks in Dawnstar.
Aggripina wants to go home: Quest to unlock the Namira's Inn in Eastmarch (Windhelm). Talk to Agrippina in Candlehearth Hall.
Brylings Family Secret: To start it, read Brylings Journal in the Blue Palace (will spawn once the first quest, "Namira's Inn", is completed).
A present of Love: To start it, talk to the Pole Dancer or the Cook in Falkreath's Namira's Inn.
Molding the Ice: Just talk to Foromir in the Frozen Hearth (tavern of Winterhold).
Rorandils heirs: A radiant miscellaneous (misc section only) quest started by talking to any of the innkeepers.
Don't resurrect, eat: A radiant miscellaneous (misc section only) quest started by talking to any of the innkeepers.
The Wherepup Hunt: The third radiant misc quest, to hunt and exterminate a werepup.
Spoiler: Known issues
Sometimes the music from the pole dancer won't fade out and stop when leaving Namira's Inn. Solution: Just enter "removemusic BTMUSDancer" in the console when outside the Inn. That is basically the same the script does when either the pole dancer leaves its pole or you leave the Inn, so it's safe to use. Alternatively, there's a button in the MCM to turn it off as well.
Zaz Animation Pack has the issue with invisible collision boxes near the furniture once an actor enters it. This can't be fixed by me, because it's a bug with the ZAP itself. Sadly, it causes the stairs to the lowest deck of the Pale Namira's Inn (where the beds are) to be extremely tricky to navigate - they're almost entirely blocked by that bug. I'm still looking into that issues, but I guess, to fix it, I'd have to remove everything that makes a Namira's Inn - the spitroasts, the pole dancer... you name it. And that's not an option for me.
