解决方案来自n网anglesheep——Got this problem too. I only did a small edit using SSEEdit to solve the problem:
-Open SSEEdit
++Select the HNV"your race".esp (Only this and nothing else)
++Go to Race-DLC1vampirebeastrace
++Search for Overlay head part in DATA section and simply set the value to 0 ( the HNV"race".esp only careful not to touch Dawnguard.esm)
++Save plugin and play.
This works for me
-I use HighPolyHead and latest fastSMP (ver 1.44) btw in case it's relevant.
