再转一下作者PDA帖子里的无法触发的解决方法（可能），这东西作者也说了，原因不明，解决方法也是个玄学。
解决方法：

• Scenes do not start. Aggressor just standing or leave the player after some lines of dialogues
  场景无法开始。攻击者只是站立或在与玩家对话几行后离开
  • A known issue and no clear reason why this happens nor does it have definitive fix. The possible fixes are listed below

      • Install both PDA and SLPGN (place SLPGN's ESP before PDA)

      • Update ConsoleUtilSSE NG, powerpfthree's Papyrus Extender to latest versions

      • Use Resaver to purge PDA and SLPGN from your save, then deactivate them. Load save, save and exit, and reactivate them (this step very important, unless starting a new save, otherwise they will still just stand there)

Though I haven't tested this fully due to limited amount of time available. Quick test seems to be working fine.
