Is this online store reliable?
I also check if the lenses have any blue light filter or anti-reflection coating. I prefer simple designs that do not depend only on heavy filters in the pictures. The same is true for metal versus acetate frames for glasses. I enjoy reading threads where people honestly share what worked and what failed for them. I think sharing honest feedback helps other buyers avoid the same mistakes. Very thin fabric may be fine for summer but often looks cheap and becomes see through.
If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.

Recently I have been testing several online eyewear shops to compare frames and lenses. Sometimes I still make mistakes with size, so a friendly exchange policy is very helpful. It makes it easier to compare with an old pair of glasses that already fits well. A product that still looks good after a few months is more impressive than something only good on arrival. I also like when stores show real photos without heavy editing or strange angles. Cheap frames can look nice at first but bend easily or become loose after a few weeks. I also think about how easy it is to track a parcel once it ships. A simple and honest answer like 鈥渨e do not have that option鈥?is better than marketing fluff.
Maybe this is useful for someone. |
